With over 10 years of experience Sean is known for displaying a high standard of professionalism as well as a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry. He is a motivated, results oriented professional focusing on buyers and sellers in the Washington, D.C. Metro area who brings success to his clients through an exceptional level of knowledge and integrity in one of the most competitive and challenging real estate markets in the country. Sean is highly knowledgeable in all types of REO transactions, including but not limited to: reviewing appraisals and broker price opinions, establishing market values, and developing asset marketing strategies to sell assets in a manner which maximizes recovery while minimizing expenses. He is a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to excel under pressure.
