If you let your license relapse, there is a late fee of $100.

To renew your license, you will need 15 hours of continuing ed.

You can take it online:  http://www.recampus.com/home.aspx?catalog_id=720006

To renew your license, if you don’t have pin #, you can create pin # if you fill out the following info:
