I haven't used www.TBHSE.com but www.BirdsEyeSearch.com is one of my favorite websites. I'm a commercial banker and I use it to analyze and see what homes are selling for in certain areas. I actually was looking for a site just like this one a few years ago but never found one I liked. I found you guys through the Washington post.
