What Gene & Camille Needed:

Gene and Camille were buying a new construction home and wanted a Realtor to help guide them through the process.

My husband and I were driving down the road looking at new construction developments when we noticed DROdio Real Estate, Inc.sign. We decided to give the phone number a call and the agent we spoke with, we found to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. We immediately hit it off and decided to use his services. Boy are we glad we did. I would never recommend buying a new construction home without a realtor.When we finally decided on a community and a builder we had to meet with a sales representative to finalize the arrangements. We had to decide on several upgrades and our agent was extremely helpful when it came to making a decision. He gave us advice on what kinds of upgrades were worth the additional money and which ones weren't.

At times we had frustrating encounters with the builder's sales representatives and our real estate agent made these interactions run more smoothly. There was even a point where our agent gave the sales assistant advice on how to make her job easier. I can't imagine having to go through this experience without a realtor. We were very happy with the service we received.
