Jim and Sandy enlisted the help of their daughter when moving and she found DROdio Real Estate, Inc. website.

"I found the firm to be both knowledgeable and helpful so I gave their number to my parents," she said. Jim and Sandy wanted a new construction home and began the process of looking into new communities. After several phone calls they realized that finding a home that would be finished in time for their move was going to be tricky. "We found ourselves on waiting lists for at least 6 months," Jim recounted. "I decided to make a trip from Hawaii to look at some of the developments in the area. One afternoon while searching with my daughter we found an area that seemed to fit our needs. I stopped into the office to speak to a sales person and we were put on another wait list. About 15 minutes after I left the office I received a phone call from the representative saying that they had an opening and they would give it to us."

Jim quickly called DROdio Real Estate, Inc. and asked an agent to meet him at the office. He recounted, "the agent arrived ten minutes later, and we were soon filling out the paperwork."
