I'm thrilled with the outcome of my condo sale! Having the condo go on the market with its own website on a Thursday turned out to be a big plus because a full-price offer came in just 2 days later, even before the open house, scheduled for that Sunday. The only work I had to do was to choose among 3 full-price contracts, all with escalation clauses! My condo sold for $5K over the asking price and $8K over what any condo in the entire complex had ever sold.
